Well we just got back from our 13 week apt. We got to hear the heart beat and it sounded wonderful.He was very pleased with what he heard. The baby is now 3 inches long and weighs in at 1 ounce. He checked my weight and I have lost a pound but he was not concerned at all. I also got my test results back and they are all normal. However, I am not immune to 5ths disease so I will have to be careful about exposure to that one. I am also switching over to a new prescription prenatal vitamin. On my way out I got a flu shot for added protection for me and the baby.
All is well with me. I am still suffering from head aches but now that my hormones are leveling out that should start to go away. I have not gotten sick since Wednesday so let's all hope that is finished. My next apt. is in November. More later....

Glad to hear that you and the baby are doing well! Hearing the heartbeat is always reassuring.
13 weeks! Time is flying. Hopefully you will start feeling better and have an easier time enjoying your pregnancy!
Lisa, I just bought baby Atkins a gift. I hope I am the first with a brand new item for the baby!

Okay - well do you actually have to hand over the gift to be the first one? Because I did buy a present for Monkey in October and have the reciept to prove it. :-)
